1. Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Canadian customers are entitled to return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
2. Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original packaging and all included accessories. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at admin@overlandoutdoorsupply.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
4. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order products (e.g., custom-cut solar mounting systems)
- Items that have been installed or modified
- Gift cards
5. Large & Bulky Items Solar panels, mounting systems, and large outdoor equipment may require special return arrangements. If your return qualifies, we will contact you to coordinate collection or return shipping.
6. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped within the European Union or Cyprus, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included. Please contact us at admin@overlandoutdoorsupply.com to exercise this right.
7. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. For large or bulky items shipped from our warehouse in Germany or directly from the manufacturer, we will advise on the most practical return method.
8. Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at admin@overlandoutdoorsupply.com.
