1. About Us This website is operated by Overland Solar and Outdoor Supply, registered in Cyprus. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability at any time. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and are subject to change.

3. Orders & Contract Formation An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at admin@overlandoutdoorsupply.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Warranty & Conformity All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund.

6. Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Dispute Resolution We aim to resolve disputes amicably. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. For Canadian customers, these Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
