1. Delivery Area We currently ship to and within the EU and Cyprus, including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and Famagusta districts. Orders shipped to Canada are fulfilled via the most efficient means available. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days depending on province. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Customs duties do not apply to domestic Canadian orders.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Times Standard delivery toCyprus typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch.  Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak periods or low inventory events that are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain value — check our store for current promotions.

5. Large & Bulky Items Some products — such as solar panels, mounting systems, and large outdoor equipment — may require special handling or scheduled delivery. If your order qualifies, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

7. Delays & Issues While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or weather conditions. Orders are usually shipped from Germany, however, depending on inventory. orders may be shipped from the manufacturer direct located in China.  If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at admin@overlandoutdoorsupply.com.
